Hymn To The West

Are you such a dreamer?
To put the world to rights?
I'll stay home forever
Where two & two always makes up five
I'll lay down the tracks
Sandbag and hide
January has April showers
And two & two always makes up five

ITS THE DEVIL'S WAY NOW
THERE IS NO WAY OUT
YOU CAN SCREAM AND YOU CAN SHOUT
IT IS TOO LATE NOW
BECAUSE
YOU HAVE NOT BEEN PAYING ATTENTION

I try to sing along
I will get it all wrong
Eezeepeezeeeezeepeeezee
NOT
I swat em like flies but like flies the
buggers keep on coming back
NOT
Maybe not
"All Hail To The Thief"
"But im not"
"Don't question my authority or put me in the dock"
Go and tell the King that the sky is falling in
When its not
Maybe not

My first entry... Yes, what to say well that is the quandary one finds oneself in. I will try to be prolific. For days now I have been staring at the screen in quite contemplation waiting for the keys to flow. But alas they have not. Is this a new phenomenon? Does everyone experience the writers block of live journal! Or have my inhibitions got the better of me?
Work beckons, 10 hours of interaction with the human race. I can think of no greater torture. It would not be so bad if one had anything in common with ones colleagues. But no I will be treated to the various exploits of the inhabitants of Albert Square or Coronation Street. Not once has anyone in that awful place mentioned anything of note unless referring to a patient, and sometimes that information is mixed in with the exploits of Martin Fowler. Dennis Potter would turn in his grave! Why are people so intellectually lazy. Why do people settle for mediocrity, this has perplexed and frustrated me all my life." Man is infinetly great" once said a very wise man. Of course he is right, but very rarely does man strive for greatness.
Oh look I have written twelve lines. I am no no longer defunct. 11
